Base Ccy

Key Base Ccy in FX refers to the target currency that refers to the numerator in FX.
For example in USD/JPY = 110, the USD is the Base Ccy.
Also known as the Base currency.
It is possible to equip this currency with a non-zero settlement period, which would mean that the actual payment is delayed by that period.
Expects an object of type Currency
