Moneyness Spot
Key Moneyness Spot in Vol Curve refers to an optional Boolean that defines which fraction should be used to represent the strike values in the table Vol Table
Needed only if Moneyness = true
If FALSE, every strike K is represented indirectly by the fraction - known as "moneyness" - K / F, where F is the forward share price.
For example, the moneyness is 110% if K = 110 and F = 100.
If TRUE, every strike K is represented indirectly by the fraction - also known as "moneyness" - K / S, where S is the spot share price.
For example, the moneyness is 110% if K = 110 and S = 100.
If omitted, default is FALSE
