Moneyness
Key Moneyness in Vol Curve refers to an optional Boolean that determines how the strike values in the table Vol Table are represented.
If FALSE, every strike K is represented directly in absolute dollar terms, such as 110 if the spot share price is 100.
If TRUE, every strike K is represented indirectly by the fraction - known as "moneyness" - K / F or K / S depending on the setting of the key Moneyness Spot, where F is the forward share price and S is the spot share price.
If omitted, default is FALSE
