Key Data of function Create From Sparse Data in Tablerefers to a range of data consisting of N+1 columns, where N = number of involved coordinates.
The first N columns contain the N coordinate values, whereas the last column contains the respective values.
Exceptionally the top cell of each column, except the last, may optionally contain the title of the corresponding coordinate.
This case holds if the top cell of the last column happens to be empty.

If the input to Interpolate is TRUE, the last column must contain only numbers (with the possible exception of its top cell that may be mpty) to make interpolation possible.
