Create From Sparse Data

Function Create From Sparse Data within Table with keys Table Create From Sparse Data keysbuilds and returns an object of type Table out of just a few data.
The missing values, i.e. the values of the cells in the produced Table whose coordinates are not represented in the input data, are filled by applying linear interpolation and flat extrapolation on the existing data.
Any such interpolation is applied simultaneously on both directions, rowwise and columnwise.
