Key Cols From of function Parse in Setrefers to an optional 1D-array of N integers that serve to identify N groups of contiguous columns that are either included in or excluded from the final result based on the input Filter Cols

The nᵗʰ integer defines the nᵗʰ group's leftmost column by its positional index in the input data, where 1 stands for the input data's leftmost column.
If suppled, the array Cols To must also supply N integers that define the corresponding indices of the groups' rightmost columns.
For example, the array 1 , 7 would mean that two contiguous column groups are specified, of which the first group starts with the 1ˢᵗ column and the second group starts with the 7ᵗʰ column.
