Rescale Values

Key Rescale Values in Hist Request refers to a boolean that decides whether the original numerical values as they come from the feeds' provider are rescaled or not.
Set to FALSE to keep the original values as they come without any trasnformation.
Set to TRUE to replace the original values with new values formed so that the value at some pre-specified fixed date has been rescaled to equal a fixed so-called base value.
The reference fixed date can be specified through the additional optional key Set Base Date, which is assumed as Earliest Date if omitted.
If the Set Base Date is set to Custom, the additional key Base Date must be also supplied.
The reference base value can be specified through the additional optional key Base Value, which is assumed to equal 100 if omitted.
