Base Date

Key Base Date in Hist Request refers to the arbitrary fixed date (or time if applicable) on which the property's rescaled value equals the pre-specified base value.
It must be supplied not as a date, but rather as text that matches the format returned by the feeds' provider.
If in doubt, check the date format seen in the output data before using this entry.
