Fetch Interval

Key Fetch Interval in ExCfgLvFdAV refers to the same concept as the Fetch Interval but it applies exclusively to requests sent to the live feeds provider server.
The default value is set to 12,000 (12 seconds) because the free version of the live feeds provider only allows 5 api calls per minute.
If you purchase a live feeds provider license that gives you access to more frequent feeds, you should reduce this entry accordingly.
