Key Accum Pmt Claim in ELN T1 refers to an optional Accumulator Pmt Claim observed at the times defined in key Accum Pmt Claim Obs.
Expects an object of type Accumulator Pmt Claim.
If missing, the corresponding claim is not observed.
If defined, the following claims must be also defined:
a) A claim of type Accumulator Accr Claim in key Accum Accr Claim.
and
b) Optionally, either a claim of type Accumulator Days Total Claim in key Accum Days Total Claim or a claim of type Accumulator Settled Total Claim in key Accum Settled Total Claim.
