Accum Accr Claim

Key Accum Accr Claim in ELN T1 refers to an optional Accumulator Accr Claim observed at the times defined in key Accum_Accr_Claim_Obs.
Expects an object of type Accumulator Accr Claim.
If missing, the corresponding claim is not observed.
If defined, the following claims must be also defined:
a) A claim of type Accumulator Pmt Claim in key Accum Pmt Claim.
and
b) Optionally, either a claim of type Accumulator Days Total Claim in key Accum Days Total Claim or a claim of type Accumulator Settled Total Claim in key Accum Settled Total Claim.
