Rate
The column titled #Rate in the table associated with the key Setis mandatory and contains elements of type Number.
Each element represents the market rate or spread that applies on the second leg of the corresponding swap, i.e. the leg not linked to the bootsrapped overnight index.
In the usual case with fixed vs floating ois, this is the fixed rate leg and the quotes here will be the market ois fixed rates.
