Start

The column titled #Start in the table associated with the key Setis used only if Futures Type = Overnight and Input Method = By Index, in which case it is mandatory and contains elements of type Date.
Each element represents the start date of the corresponding futures contract's period over which the corresponding overnight rate is observed.
