Add GlobalBS

Key Add GlobalBS of function Get Peg Dates in Yield Curveis a boolean flag that is useful only if the curve has been built using an object of type Global Bootstrap
In that case, a TRUE setting means that the dates corresponding to the additional curve nodes specified in the above object must be included in the reported list of dates.
The default is FALSE, which means that no such dates are added.
It is possible to display only these special dates by setting the Group to an instrument type that does not represent any of the instruments used to build the current curve.
