Add Cash Flows Spec

Key Add Cash Flows Spec of function Price in Tradablerefers to a wizard-only boolean flag that functions as follows:
When TRUE, the default collection of objects generated by the wizard for the key Models will include an object of type CF Model that contains the specifications for a potential cash flow generation.
Also the key Output will be set to Full, which is necessary for generating and reporting the cash flows.
