Key Nu fixed in SABR Model refers to an optional boolean that controls whether the initial guess for the SABR parameter ν must be kept fixed or not, during the SABR calibration.
Setting it to false means that the initial guess value is ultimately replaced by another value, which is found by calibrating the SABR model to fit the given market data.
If absent, it is set by default to FALSE.
