Time Plan
Key Time Plan in Payoff Policy refers to a table that defines which Contingent Claim objects of the C₁ , C₂ , ... , Cᵤ defined through the key Contingent Claims are actually involved in the conditional payoff associated with the given Payoff Policy here.
The table also assigns the observation times at which the trigger functions of the involved Contingent Claim objects must be valuated during each simulation run.
This assignment is needed because each Contingent Claim object contains a trigger function through its key Trigger Fn, but does not specify when that function must be observed (i.e. valuated).
Furthermore, the ordering of the rows is important as it sets the priority (decreasing from top to bottom) by which any overlapping trigger functions are valuated at any given time.
For more details look at Payoff Policy.
Expects an object of type Set representing a table consisting of 2 columns that may be arranged in any order.
Each column is uniquely identified by the text label at its top cell that is specially formatted and known as the column's title
The following titles apply in the table here:
#ClaimID
#Observation
