Use Term Rate

Key Use Term Rate in OIS refers to a boolean flag that determines how the applicable overnight index term rate is defined.
FALSE means the term rate is constructed indirectly by defining its input parameters.
TRUE means that one or more term rates are supplied directly through the key Term Index
If omitted, the default is FALSE
