Sobol Constraints

Key Sobol Constraints in
Model[Simulation] refers to a boolean that controls whether the entries Scenarios and Randomized Runs are checked they comply with the restriction on the sample size placed by the sobol algorithm.
This is that the number of samples in each single sobol run must be a multiple of 2 minus 1, i.e. one of 1, 3, 7, 15, 31 etc in order for the simulation to produce optimal results.
In other words, the ratio Scenarios / Randomized Runs must be a multiple of 2 minus 1.
