Randomized Averages

Key Randomized Averages in Model[Simulation] refers to a boolean that controls whether the averages of the randomized sub-simulations generated during the simulation should be included in the output object or not.
So far, the technique of randomized runs is only used with Low Discrepancy in order to estimate the standard deviation of the simulated quantity.
Default is FALSE due to the potentially large number of sub-simulations.
