Ref Values

Key Ref Values in
MinMax Fn refers to an optional 1D-array of fixed numbers x⁰₁ , x⁰₂ , ... , x⁰ᵤ
They divide the original input variables x₁ , x₂ , ... , xᵤ and form the ratios x₁/x⁰₁ , x₂/x⁰₂ , ... , xᵤ/x⁰ᵤ that can be interpreted as growth factors if one assumes the numbers x⁰₁ , x⁰₂ , ... , x⁰ᵤ represent the prices of the input variables observed at some fixed earlier time.
When present, the minimum/maximum m is searched among x₁/x⁰₁ , x₂/x⁰₂ , ... , xᵤ/x⁰ᵤ rather than among x₁ , x₂ , ... , xᵤ

Assuming that the function's output is not further modified due to the presence of the optional entry
Post Applied Weights, the formula of the function ƒ becomes:
ƒ( x₁ , x₂ , ... , xᵤ ) = min{ x₁/x⁰₁ , x₂/x⁰₂ , ... , xᵤ/x⁰ᵤ }

If this entry is missing, ƒ's formula is simply:
ƒ( x₁ , x₂ , ... , xᵤ ) = min{ x₁ , x₂ , ... , xᵤ }

The presence of this entry has a sideeffect on the
Domain_Dim since it imposes the requirement that the function ƒ must receive at least u input variables, where u is the number of this entry's elements.

The number of elements in this entry must match the number of elements in
Increments, if the latter is provided.
