Key Duration in Live Feeds Status refers to the cumulative time interval consumed so far by the current update process with respect to the reported live feeds provider.
It generally equals the time interval between Start and Now
If no such process is currently active, it refers to the time interval consumed by the most recent process in its whole lifetime.
It would then equal the time interval between Start and End
