Key No Failure in Iterative Bootstrap refers to a boolean set to FALSE by default, but, when set to TRUE, it allows the return of a fallback yield curve even if the bootstrap process fails to converge.
The type of yield curve returned in the case of convergence failure depends on the number specified in No Failure Steps
