Ignore Case

Key Ignore Case in Is Member Of refers to a boolean that controls the treatment of upper and lower letters when text is involved.
This entry is relevant only when at least one of the elements in Ref List has type of Text
FALSE is the default and means the case of letters is not ignored.
For example, the word "hallo" is not considered a match for the word "Hallo"
Set TRUE to ignore the case of letters.
