Max Iter

Key Max Iter in Impl Vol Spec refers to an optional maximum iterations number that constrains the iterative algorithm with regard to the number of iterations that can be run.
If this number of iterations has been reached and no solution has been found, the algorithm will exit with an error message.
If omitted, 100 is used.
