Key Start Settle of function Change Dates in IRSrefers to an optional settlement period that is added on top of the first time shift encoded in the input Code in order to produce the start date of the returned swap.
Expects an object of type Period
If omitted, a settlement period of zero length is assumed.
If this entry is a single Step without specified calendar and bump conventions, the corresponding conventions of the first leg's accrual schedule are used.
