Explicit State Values

Key Explicit State Values of function Calc Quantities in Gaussian 1d Modelrefers to a boolean that controls whether the function expects an input of state values or not.
The default is false, which means no state values must be supplied since those generated by the referenced model are used and reported.
Set to true in order to supply a custom set of state values.
