Key Reversions in GSR Model refers to the array of numbers defining the piecewise constant reversion parameter.
Exceptionally it may consist of a single number, in which case the reversion is considered flat.
The number of items must either equal 1 or otherwise equal N + 1, where N is the number of dates in Step_Dates
