Use Wizard after Loading

Key Use Wizard after Loading in ExCfg refers to the Deriscope wizard enabled status immediately after the dlls have been loaded when Excel starts.
Set TRUE for having the wizard being enabled and displayed after the dll loading.
Set FALSE for keeping the wizard disabled and not displayed after the dll loading.

Note this value is automatically set to TRUE or FALSE when you enable or disable the wizard, respectively.
This has the effect that the user action of enabling or disabling the wizard is "sticky", in the sense it is remembered when Excel restarts.
