Load when Excel Starts

Key Load when Excel Starts in ExCfg refers to the Deriscope dlls loading behavior during Excel startup.
Set TRUE for having the dlls loaded automatically when Excel starts.
Set FALSE for requiring to manually click on the Load Deriscope button in order to load the necessary dlls.
Recommended value is FALSE, because it keeps the initial Excel loading time low and also protects you from possible negative side-effects due to unforeseen interaction between Deriscope and other loaded addins.
