Sticky Input Data

Key Sticky Input Data in ExCfgTpOnly refers to the inputa data's "stickiness".
Set TRUE for enabling the "Create" functions to remember their last input data when they are displayed in the Deriscope task pane.
FALSE for letting these functions to always use the same default set of input data.
Recommended setting is TRUE.
Note that only static functions are affected. Local functions can never remember their previous input.
