For example, a value of .7 means the browse area can maximally occupy - and never exceed - 70% of the total vertical dimension available for both the browse and info area.
To preserve stability, any user input value greater less than .2 will be automatically converted to .2 and any value greater than .8 will be automatically converted to .8.
