Auto-Display Cell Object

Key Auto-Display Cell Object in
ExCfgShtTpInt refers to the automatic display of the object contents as soon as a spreadsheet cell containing a handle name is selected.
Set TRUE for forcing the Deriscope task pane to display the contents of the selected object.
Set FALSE for keeping the Deriscope task pane quiet.
A FALSE setting also implies
Auto-Display Cell Info = false, which means automatic information on cells containing text is also switched off.

If a TRUE setting slows down Excel unacceptably, then resort to FALSE.

Alternatively you may simply minimize the Deriscope task pane, in which case all task pane interaction is switched off.

A local exceptional treatment is also possible by keeping the global TRUE setting but enter the text "!DSOFF" either at cell A1 or as the ending of a sheet's name to switch off this behavior with respect to a specific worksheet.

Note you may always refresh the Deriscope task pane with the current selection's contents and also receive local information and update the cell's validation dropdown by pressing a shortcut key as defined in
Cell Refresh Shortcut Key or selecting the respective item from the mouse right-click menu.
