Calculate Before Save

Key Calculate Before Save in ExCfgShtOp refers to the Excel's calculation behavior when a workbook is saved.
Set TRUE for forcing Excel to recalculate the workbook - if needed - just before it is saved.
FALSE for otherwise.
Recommended setting is FALSE.
Note the setting here may not match the corresponding setting in global Excel Options, in which case the Deriscope setting is the prevailing one as long as Deriscope is loaded.
