Takt

Key Takt in ExCfgLvFdTFX refers to the time interval in seconds between successive live feed requests sent to the live feeds provider server.
Expects a decimal value that is internally rounded to the closest second.

You may need to restart the live feeds engine for a new setting here to have an effect.
