Messages As Popups

Key Messages As Popups in ExCfgAdv refers to how the various Deriscope-generated messaages should be presented to the user
Set TRUE to have such messages presented through popup windows.
Set FALSE to have such messages displayed at the info area of the wizard.
Recommended setting is FALSE because it is less intrusive and does not require the user to take any action, such as clicking the OK button of a popup wondow.
