Key Show Tutorials in ExCfgAdvTutTips refers to a boolean that controls whether context-based tutorials should be presented or not.
Set TRUE for enabling the presentation of context-based tutorials if and when Deriscope thinks it is appropriate.
Set FALSE for not presenting any tutorial at all.
