Key Last Fixing in ELN Stepdown Autocall refers to the optional note's last fixing date.
It is the last date when market prices may be observed.
It must always be a business date with respect to the calendar specified at Calendar
If missing, it is set in accordance with the given issue date and the given tenor or maturity.
If set to a non-business date, it will be shifted to the next business date.
