Defer KO Settle

Key Defer KO Settle in ELN Accumulator refers to an optional Boolean when applies only if Guaranteed Period is defined and determines the timing of the payoff in case of a knock-out event
If FALSE, the accumulated shares are settled immediately after the knock-out event
If TRUE, the accumulated shares are settled at the end of the guaranteed period.
If omitted, the default is FALSE
