On Pmt Multiplicity

Key On Pmt Multiplicity in Contingent Claim refers to an optional integer that can be used to limit the number of payments associated with the function On Pmt Fn of the same claim that can be made on any particular date.
If omitted, the default is -1, which denotes that no upper limit is imposed on such payments.
In fact, any negative number set here by the user, will be automatically converted to -1.
