Key Include ATM in CapFlr Vol Spec refers to an boolean that defines if ATM (At-The-Money) vol quotes are also part of the market input data.
If set to TRUE, the expected ATM vol quotes should be entered as a two-column table to the Vol Curve object through the key Vol Set.
