Key CapFlr Lognorm Shift in CapFlr Vol Spec refers to the optional shift (displacement) of the lognormal distribution towards the left.
It refers to the volatility quotation of the quoted caps, as described in CapFlr Vol Spec
Used only if CapFlr Vol Type = Shifted Lognormal
If omitted, 0 is assumed.
Note, the number here may differ from that defined in key Lognorm Shift of the Vol Ref object used in the construction of Vol Curve, which refers to the optionlets constructed during bootstrapping and referenced by the bootstrapped vol values of the produced vol curve.
