Key Index Vol of function Accrued Amt in Bond refers to the Vol Curve object that supplies the volatility of the floating index.
Only required if such a volatility is indeed needed, e.g. when the index is of cms type or an ibor rate that sets in arrears or when caps/floors are involved.
