Advanced Pricing refers to an optional boolean that controls the type of result produced in each specified computation.
Default is FALSE, which means that each computation produces only the number or numbers that constitute its target output.
For example, if
Carry = true, only the carry as a single number is produced in association with that request.
If set to TRUE, each computation produces additional relevant data
For example, such additional data could include the corresponding cash flows, which could be further modulated by an optional input object of type
CF Model to the key Models
They could also include, in the case of swaps, the corresponding fair rates, i.e. the rates that turn the the corresponding pricing outputs to equal 0.
A useful application of the latter is when one of the outputs is the forward price, which is produced when one sets either the
Forward Price or PnL to true
Then the corresponding output object will contain the associated fair rate, which - in the case of swaps - represents the forward swap rate.
