Key Payment Schedule in Accumulator Accr Claim refers to the schedule (i.e. series of dates) that defines when the so far accumulated number of shares are bought or sold by the investor.
On those dates, the special non-cash account that holds the total accumulated number of shares is reset to hold 0 shares.
