The inflation curve is built out of market prices of instruments of type Inflation Swap that represent Year-On-Year Inflation Swaps
This choice is compatible only with a Inflation Index in key Infl Index that has Quote Type = YoY Rate
The table defined in key Set must contain two columns with titles #Maturity and #Rate
