Evaluate
Function Evaluate within Timed Real To Real Function with keys Timed Real To Real Function Evaluate keysreturns the value ƒ(p) calculated by the caller function ƒ at the pair d , p located in the function's domain, where d is a given input date and p is a point in a u-dimensional real space as explained below.
More specifically, assume ƒ maps a date d followed by u real variables x₁ , x₂ , ... , xᵤ into v real variables y₁ , y₂ , ... , yᵥ
Then p is represented by an array of u coordinates x₁ , x₂ , ... , xᵤ, which must be supplied as a row of u cells.
The output ƒ(p) is represented by an array of v coordinates y₁ , y₂ , ... , yᵥ, which is displayed as a row of v cells.
The function values corresponding to more than one input points - for example the r points p₁ , p₂ , ... , pᵣ - can be also evaluated in one operation as follows:
The complete set of input numbers must be supplied as a range consisting of r rows and u columns, where the iᵗʰ row contains the coordinates of the respective point pᵢ
To each row corresponds an input date and the array of all such dates must be supplied as a separate input one-column range.
Then the output range will consume r rows and v columns.
For convenience, the input range is allowed to contain more than u columns, but then only the first u of them are processed by the caller function.
