Permute

Function Permute within Setreturns the corresponding permuted set, i.e. another Set object produced by the original one by interchanging its components according to a given permutation.
The operation here produces a genuine new object, which will be regarded to contain the same contents with the original only if the latter represents a fully symmetric set, w.r.t all its components.
