Function As Portfolio within Portfolioreturns the calling object as an object of type Portfolio
This function is useful when called by objects the type of which is a subtype of Portfolio because a subsequent application of the Create function on the produced object recreates the Portfolio structure by using the object's constituent elements as explicit input.
