Merge Dims

Function Merge Dims within Arrayreturns another Array object produced by the original one by merging the specified dimensions.
The dimensions about to be merged must be consecutive.
In the merged Array they will be replaced with a single dimension.
In mathematical terms, the new dimension can be viewed as the cartesian product of the merged dimensions.
It follows, the number of elements along the new dimension equals the product of the number of elements along each original dimension.
